Our Mission - America has held out the promise that everyone has the opportunity for a piece of the American dream.

Wealthy investors have always had the right to invest in startups and private businesses at their earliest stages. While investors who were not accredited had some access to startup and private business investment, the JOBS Act of 2012, gave all U.S. citizens additional access to early-stage investments through equity crowdfunding.

Unfortunately, access to capital for some businesses has been difficult for far too long. We want to be part of changing that, by providing solutions that can provide access to capital to reflect the diversity of the U.S. in what we do and help. Diversity, equity, inclusion, and education are not just words but actionable steps that we will all live by as part of the Rise Up Crowdfunding equity crowdfunding portal to help all people realize their vision for the future.

Because the top 1% of Americans have more wealth than the bottom 90%. It won’t get better without real change.

We want to help more Women, Black, Brown, LGBTQ, Veterans, and all underrepresented minority founders and small businesses gain access to capital from the millions of people who ( since the passing of the JOBS Act in 2012 ) can now invest a small amount of money in a private company online.

The Coca‑Cola Company is proud to support the launch of Rise Up Crowdfunding. The equity crowdfunding portal empowers investors from the general public to invest in women and minority-owned small companies and startups looking to raise capital.

Our partner program allows select companies and organizations to join in our mission to assist minority-owned and women-owned businesses with access to capital through equity crowdfunding.

Organizations like The Women Presidents Organization, IWEC, and the National Veteran Business Development Council may assist by providing funding to Rise Up Crowdfunding or referring businesses that have capital-raising needs. Partners who refer businesses are compensated twenty-five hundred dollars by Rise Up Crowdfunding for any business they refer that goes live with a Regulation CF offering on our funding portal.
